GAIA Parfums was founded in Karachi, Pakistan, by Ovais Saleem, who leads the house’s creative direction.
Each fragrance begins with a story, question, place, or recurring human moment. That idea is developed into a clear creative brief and shared with a credited perfumer, who gives the composition its final olfactory form.
GAIA works in small batches and builds collections slowly. The aim is to create fragrances with a recognizable point of view while keeping them wearable, personal, and connected to the people and places that inspired them.

We treat perfume the way you treat a personal letter: slowly, carefully, and with intention. Each composition is crafted to unfold over hours, never rushed or overworked. From material selection through blending to final bottling, the focus stays the same.

Materials chosen for the composition
Each formula may combine natural, organic, and high-quality modern perfumery materials according to its creative and technical requirements. Materials are selected for the role they play in the finished scent.
Story Before Formula
A GAIA fragrance begins with a defined emotional or cultural idea. The story gives the composition its direction rather than being added after the perfume is finished.
Time to settle
Small-batch perfume needs time after blending. Each batch is allowed to settle before it is prepared, presented, and released.
